Richelle and James

July 27, 2018

James and I fell in love at university. Five years later, we decided to get married. James proposed on one of our evening walks in the parks. He hid the ring for 3 weeks and was waiting for the right moment to come up. When it finally did, we were sitting on a park bench and he got down on one knee. I remember his eyes tearing up as he was asking the question, and as we were walking out of the park he realized I never actually answered through the tears. I assured him the answer was "yes". Our ceremony was in a beautiful garden at Morgan Creek. We had a small wedding, but a big party. I really wanted to be married in a garden. I found the Mikaella dress with the help of a bridal consultant. I thought I would like a more fitted dress, but once I saw the skirt I couldn't have anything else. I wore the tiara on my bridal day and felt like a queen.
